These terms apply to the MyPickleballBio website and service. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. You must be at least 18 years old.

The waitlist

Joining is free and requests email updates about our launch and tag availability. It is not a purchase, paid reservation, guarantee of availability, or promise of a launch date or price. You can leave at any time by emailing lh@tsl.io. We are not accepting payment through this website.

Your account and tags

Use an email address you control and keep sign-in links private. Claim only tags that belong to you or that you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the profile content and links you publish. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You give us permission to store, display, and process it as needed to operate the service. Only upload content you have the right to use, and obtain permission before publishing someone else’s personal information or image. Profiles are public and may be copied or shared by visitors.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate others, harass people, send spam, publish unlawful or infringing material, claim another person’s tag, scrape personal information, or attempt to bypass security controls. We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect users, or meet legal obligations.

Profiles and found-bag contact

Player ratings, availability, and profile details are provided by users and are not independently verified. External websites are outside our control. The found-bag feature helps people contact an owner; it does not track a bag’s location, guarantee message delivery, or guarantee recovery of lost property. Use your judgment when communicating or arranging a return.

Availability and responsibility

Features may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party content, incorrect user information, or misuse of tags. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Leaving the service

You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through the app. Information is handled as explained in our Privacy Policy. Any future purchases will have separate checkout terms, including pricing, shipping, and return information.
